Dear Deans,

This letter must be read to the entire congregation.

The purpose of this letter is to inform the student body of the concerns and decisions of IDMR Headquarters regarding personal writings and personal revelations ... including books, pamphlets, manuscripts, flyer, etc.

In the past five (5) years, IDMR Headquarters has received approximately fifteen (15) personal writings/revelations, etc. some with the intent that they should be included along with our International inventory, some just to express one's own understanding, and others presumably explaining what Dr. Kinley meant by what he said or wrote.

The international Board of Trustees would like to make all Branch Schools aware of its position on all such undertakings:

1. It is the Board's understanding that the writings and work of Dr. Henry C. Kinley need no improvement.

2. The Board has not given any Branch School or Branch School member permission to print or reprint any of the Institute's copyrighted material. Anyone guilty of this infraction has already manifested his or her understanding and will answer not to die Board, but to Dr. Henry C. Kinley himself very shortly.

3. There will be no new literature added to our already approved printed inventory, with the exception of a pamphlet on the authorized History of Dr. Henry C. Kinley.

4. Dr. Henry C. Kinley said, "there is already enough information available to the saving of one's soul."

Everyone has a divine right to express his or her understanding, and that is not our concern. Our concern lies in the fact that these various writings are increasing and being passed along from person to person. Consequently, everyone is not saying the same thing based upon his or her understanding thereby causing confusion. The most publicized works in the world today are those of a religious nature and we all know how much confusion that has brought about!

With the shortness of time at hand, let us make, absolutely sure that we understand those things that the man who had this Divine Vision and Divine Revelation brought to us and left with us.
