An examination of the Supernatural
The Bible (from Genesis to Revelation) is full of supernatural experiences that happened to Israel in their relationship with Yahweh. Israel's communication with the creator is a model to understand the Spirit world, one's spiritual development, and the purpose of Elohim.
The Messiah revealed this in His ministry to His Apostles and Israel by the miracles He performed. After the Messiah's death He ushered in a spiritual age where truth seekers were supposed to have various visions, dreams, prophecies, and other supernatural experiences to communicate with Him (Joel 2:28-29; John 4:24, Acts 2:17). This is a part of the New Testament and eternal life (John 17:3).
A large portion of today's modern population area having supernatural experiences that our European, scientific culture cannot explain. Many of these people think they are going crazy because they do not have a framework or road map to deal with these types experiences.
In a scientific culture that does not acknowledge the supernatural or anything spiritual, people that have any of these experiences are thought to be insane, drug addicted, or hallucinating. Simply put, these experiences are thought of as taboo.
In this series of lectures we will deal with supernatural experiences using the tabernacle pattern, aspects of modern science and psychology, and other metaphysical principles. A twenty-minute question and answer session will follow each lecture. The following questions will be addressed.
