John 6:35-71-Scripture Lesson

35 And Yahshua said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst. …6:41-44 The Jews then murmured at him, because he said, I am the bread which came down from heaven.  And they said, Is not this Yahshua, the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know? how is it then that he saith, I came down from heaven?43 Yahshua therefore answered and said unto them, Murmur not among yourselves. No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.…6:51 I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world. The Jews therefore strove among themselves, saying, How can this man give us his flesh to eat? Then Yahshua said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you. Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day. … 6:63 It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.

I.                   Natural healing vs medicine

Creating a healthy environment within the body so that it can heal itself vs treating specific symptoms. Whole vs part, Internal vs external, Cause vs symptoms

Road to Health             Consume nutritious foods

Internally cleanse the body

Stop the toxins

II.                 Natural explains spiritual

I Cor. 6:19-20; Rom. 1:19-20; John 3:12

Spirit    Head                Air       Proteins            Abstract           Mind                MPH

Soul     Chest               Water   Fats                  Intermediate     Thoughts          HOLY PLACE

Body    Abdomen         Food    Carbohydrates Concrete           Actions COURT ROUND ABOUT

III.              Digestion System

Schultz's Colon Report, p. 3-4

A.     Structure: 30-foot tube from mouth to anus

1.      Foundation of the physical body.

a)     Mouth

b)     Esophagus

c)     Stomach (muscular sac, lining secrets gastric juices to digest food),

d)     Duodenum (one foot long, first part of small intestines, triggers the release of digestive hormones that stimulate the liver and gall bladder to release bile and the pancreas to release pancreatic juices),

e)     Small intestines (9 feet long, folded surface like an accordian, place of food absorption),

f)       Large intestines (absorbs water, vitamins, and minerals, dries contents and turns them into waste, fecal matter, for release)

g)     Rectum (5 inches long, end of the colon)

h)     Anus (sphincter muscle at the end of the rectum that opens to release waste)

Elohim designed perfect system and provided foods to make it work (Gen. 1:29; Ezk. 47:12; Rev. 22:2)

Prov 23:7 For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he (or we are what we eat)

Large Intestine, last 5 feet of digestive track, (Colon/Bowel) correlates with the Altar of Sin Sacrifice. Food becomes the sacrifice burnt on the Altar. Rectal opening correlates with the Gate of the Outer Court. Waste products of digestion are eliminated as the skin, hair and other portions of the sacrificial animals were taken without the camp and discarded and burnt.

Lev 6:9-11

Command Aaron and his sons, saying, This is the law of the burnt offering: It is the burnt offering, because of the burning upon the altar all night unto the morning, and the fire of the altar shall be burning in it. And the priest shall put on his linen garment, and his linen breeches shall he put upon his flesh, and take up the ashes which the fire hath consumed with the burnt offering on the altar, and he shall put them beside the altar. And he shall put off his garments, and put on other garments, and carry forth the ashes without the camp unto a clean place. (Lev. 4:12, Num. 4:13, 19:9-10)

B.     Function - Large Juicer

Digestive tract extracts essence (proteins, fats, carbohydrates) from the food we eat, and converts them into cells, tissues, organs, muscles, etc. Undigested, unassimilated food is cast off, eliminated from the body as waste matter.

Similar to reproductive system that begins to form whatever has been fertilized or the ground that brings forth seeds. Does not discern. Choices are made in the brain/mind.

Food must flow through this passage and not get stuck and poison the body. Schultz's Colon Report, p. 10

Mind should not entertain certain ideas or they will corrupt your belief system and keep you stuck at a premature mental state. (Prov. 6:16; Gal. 5:19-21)

Replaying rape or trauma, remembering a violent act

Low self-esteem: I'm not as good as someone else.

Lack of self-confidence: I can never learn … or have never been good at … I will never marry.

Anger: I have a right to be angry. He left me with no money and three children. They owe me.

Doubt: I'm so unsure.

Body needs physical food as mind needs ideas and thoughts.

Deut 8:3-4

And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the Elohim doth man live. (Matt. 4:4)

Ezk. 2:8-3:3

But thou, son of man, hear what I say unto thee; Be not thou rebellious like that rebellious house: open thy mouth, and eat that I give thee.

Matt 16:6-12

Then Yahshua said unto them, Take heed and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees. … 11 How is it that ye do not understand that I spake it not to you concerning bread, that ye should beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees? 12 Then understood they how that he bade them not beware of the leaven of bread, but of the doctrine of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees.

Job 34:3For the ear trieth words, as the mouth tasteth meat.

IV.             Problems - Standard American Diet (SAD)

Jer 8:22

Is there no balm in Gilead; is there no physician there? why then is not the health of the daughter of my people recovered?

A.    Empty food

Substances without nutrition, fiberless, full of toxins (sugar, hydrogenated oils, processed, refined foods) excess of animal protein

Eating brings nutrition and toxins into the body. Body must expel wastes or they will poison the body.

B.     Colon statistics - Schultz's Colon Report, p. 5

C.    Colon disorders:

Schultz's Colon Report, p. 6-10

1.      Crohn's disease, Prescription, p. 216, - chronic and long-lastin g ulceration of a section or section so the digestive tract. The inflamed parts heal, leaving scar tissue that narrows the passageway.

2.      Constipation, Prescription, p. 211 - Results when waste material moves too slowly through the large bowel, resulting in infrequent and/or painful elimination. Schultz's Colon Report, p. 11

3.      Diarrhea, Prescription, p. 233 - frequent and loose, watery stools.

4.      Hemorrhoids, Prescription, p. 311 - swollen veins around the anus

5.      Diverticultis, Prescription, p. 234 - mucous membranes lining the colon become inflamed, resulting in the formation of small, pouchlike areas called diverticula of the large intestine.

6.      Ulcerative Colitis, Prescription, p. 512 - mucous membranes lining the colon become inflamed and develop ulcers, causing bloody diarrhea, pain, gas, bloating , and, it times, hard stoold.

7.      Irritable Bowel Syndrome -

8.      Hirschsprung's Disease - Schultz's Colon Report, p. 15, congenital megacolon, birth defect where the baby has a lack of nerves in an area of the colon to cause the peristalsis movement to expel waste. Constipation, impaction, bacterial overload, disease and sometimes death.

V.                Healing Therapies

A.    Detoxification.

B.     Fasting.

Colon disorders are most responsive to fasting. The energy used for digestion is redirected to immune functions, cell growth, and eliminatory processes. Paul Bragg fasted 5 years before mercury was expelled, p. 64

C.    Colon cleansing, p. 542, Prescription,

D.    Enemas, p. 545, (2 quarts of water in 45 minutes)

E.     Colonics (5 gallons of water in 45 minutes)

VI.              Healing foods

Substances that help mobilize and expel waste. Schultz's Colon Report, p. 11

A.    Water: 8 glasses of water daily,

B.     Mixed raw vegetable and fruit salads (carbohydrates/fiber),

C.     Flax seed,

D.    Omega 3-6-9 oils,

E.     Granola cereals, garlic,

F.     wheatgrass

G.    Sunflower seeds,

H.    Sesame seeds,

VII.          References

Balch, James F. MD & Balch, Phyllis A., CNC Prescription for Nutritional Healing (Ó 1997 Avery Publishing Group), p. 3-4 on carbohydrates (simple and complex), complex include fiber and starches, vegetables, whole grains, peas, and beans; health benefits of fiber (retains water, reduces the risk of colon cancer, binds with cholesterol producing substances and eliminates them) 60% of your total diet should come from carbs.
