Statement of Purpose PLIM fosters a greater understanding of the triune nature of the temple of man (body, soul and spirit). The primary focus is on the transformation of the consciousness (Rom. 12:2) through not only the use of spiritual principles in the scriptures, as revealed by Yahweh Elohim, but also practical explorations through meditation, prayer, lucid dreams, divine visions and revelations, etc. This is accomplished through coordinated research efforts using a profound knowledge of the three fold- tabernacle pattern and interdisciplinary approaches. The articles on this site are based on current scientific research, metaphysical truths, and a three-fold archetype pattern found in the Bible (Exo. 25:8-9; Heb. 8:5). This information deals primarily with spiritual and psychological principles that are absolutely necessary for a person's spiritual transformation (Rom. 12:2). The principles that are emphasized are faith, love, patience, etc. along with such techniques as prayer, visualization, and meditation. The many articles researched on this site cover the historical ramifications of the Old and NEW COVENANT (Jer. 31:31-39; Mk. 11:22; Job 23:13), prophecy, and the tabernacle pattern as a measuring rod (Rev. 11:1-2). The Sons of Elohim or Truth seekers must be conscious of the fact that we are fighting a spiritual battle (Eph. 6:12-15) with Mystery Babylon the Great, the Mother of Harlots (Rev. 17:1-3). At this time Mystery Babylon is represented by a commercial system controlled by various secret societies who intend to establish a New World Order. It is this system which has to be destroyed (Rev. 17:15-18) so the New Heaven and New Earth state (Rev. 21:1-4) can be made manifest in Righteousness (Rev. 16-18 Chapters). Modern science is used to verify the existence of spiritual laws in operation, such as faith healing, the mind/body connection, and other powers of the mind. As the physical body grows and develops from a seed to an adult, we must also grow and develop on a spiritual level. This is done not only from acquiring intellectual knowledge, but by life experiences and intercoursing with the Spirit. All of this aids us to mature spiritually whereby we can continue this process in the spiritual realm (Rom. 1:19-20; John 3:12). We realize that many of these principles are universally manifested in other religions with their own symbols and myth. The articles contained at this site cover five broad categories: psychology, science, religions, past civilizations, and the paranormal. The Effects of the Truth Every new truth which has ever been propounded has, for a time, caused mischief; it has produced discomfort, and often unhappiness; sometimes disturbing social and religious arrangements, and sometimes merely by the disruption of old and cherished association of thoughts. It is only after a certain interval, and when the framework of affairs has adjusted itself to the new truth, that its good effects preponderate; and the preponderance continues to increase, until at length, the truth causes nothing but good. But at the outset there is always harm. And if the truth is very great, as well as very new, the harm is serious. Men are made uneasy; they flinch; they cannot bear the sudden light; a general restlessness supervenes; the face of society is disturbed, or perhaps convulsed; old interests and old beliefs have been destroyed before new ones have been created. These symptoms are the precursors of revolution; they have preceded all the great changes through which the world has passed. Henry Thomas Buckle, History of Civilization. |
