ARE WORLD EVENTS PREDESTINED?

I am indeed glad to be here and tell you the things that have been revealed to me in the year 1932. Since 1932, we have foretold the future with accuracy and infallibility. As a man making predictions, I want to clarify that no man on the face of the earth can make a prediction. GOD alone knows what is in the past and what is in the future (Isa. 46:9-10).
There are quite a number of religious organizations throughout the world, all contending that their religion is right. From a child on up I wanted to know GOD, I wanted to know HIM just like HE was or just like HE is, or just like HE will be. I studied every known philosophy and went to many different religious organizations searching to find or to know GOD as HE really is. I searched all my life and finally in 1932, I threw up both hands and said There is nothing I can do about it! When you come to a place where you are up against a stone wall; when you get real serious, then GOD will show you what it is all about. You must get rid of desires and certain personalities. You should not look to individuals to possess an extended intelligence relative to GOD, the Creator of this Universe.
Do the scriptures testify of the Messiah?
You must look to what GOD gave to us to learn of Himthe scriptures. Israels priests made that mistake once when they overlooked the coming of The Messiah and the time of His birth into the world. Although it was predicted & it was foretold, man failed to realize and recognize HIM when HE came. His entire history, the biography of HIS life, and even HIS conception was written before HE was born. The time HE was due to be in the world, and even the source from which he came, had to line up exactly right according to that prophecy. This is what HE said: "Search the Scriptures, for in them ye think ye have eternal life, and they are they which testify of ME (John 5:39)." The Sanhedrin Council, the Levitical Priesthood, and all the masters and instructors of Israel had the Law and Prophets in their hand, but they were not able to determine that this was The Messiah. His appearance on earth was the event at that time that was predicted before HE came into the world.
Did the Messiah tell the world He was the Son of God?
Let us read Matthew 16:20. "Then charged HE His disciples that they should tell no man that HE was Jesus The Christ."
The Messiah asked the question: Who do men say that I am? The disciples answered the question by saying: Jeremiah or some of the rest of the prophets. That was the general opinion. HE asked Peter who did he say that HE was. Peter said: Thou are The Christ, the Son of the living GOD. Or, You are The Messiah, the One that was to come. I say that YOU are HE. Then the Messiah charged him not to tell anybody anything about it.
The 17th Chapter of Matthew gives a description of the transfiguration. Six days after His entry into Jerusalem, HE took Peter, James, and John up into the mount and transfigured before them. After His transfiguration He again charged them carefully ...to tell no man that HE was The Messiah, until after HE was risen from the dead ... (Matt. 17:9)
Why didn't the Messiah tell Israel who He was?
Now, if you see the reason why HE wouldnt permit His disciples to tell anybody that HE was The Messiah that Moses and the prophets said would come, you would understand His purpose. The Apostle Paul explained why Israel could not know who Yahshua the Messiah was in I Corinthians 2:8-9:
"Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of Glory."
Even though the Law and the Prophets had predicted His conception, His birth, the date of His birth, the time of His birth, the elements, and the conditions, they could not identify Him. They had the Law and Prophets some 1400 years before His birth. They walked around with those scrolls in their hand, and yet they knew absolutely nothing about the things that were said in them. If they had known and understood, they would not have crucified Him. ... that is what Paul is saying. That is why Jesus told His disciples ...to tell no man... because HE couldnt have been crucified and yet they had all this information.
Do people now know who the Messiah was?
The same thing is going on today with men with the Bible in their hand. The fact is, they dont realize what its all about. If they did, this is what would take place ... the world would come to a universal reconciliation. Everybody would be at peace among themselves and with GOD, of this stellar universe. I am a teacher, or professing that I am a teacher. I say that to qualify myself. The majority of us (religious teachers, ministers, rabbis, priests) dont know what we are talking about and we have the people split up in sects, cults, and factions, etc. That is what you see all around you. Now the Messiah foretold of that event too, when HE was here ... in the 24th Chapter of Matthew. HE said: Many false prophets would go out into the world and deceive many, and many shall follow their pernicious ways. That was an event that was foretold and we see it about us everyday, everywhere. Everyone of us hypocrite preachers and teachers have a different kind of story to tell. And we sware by all that is holy, that we are right. That was also predicted ... when one would say that he was holier than the other.
Now, let us get on to future events ... foretold. Yes, the Bible does foretell what is going to be in the future. I am earnestly contending that GOD Himself, not me, knows how to go about the thing that GOD said would come. When I had that great revelation in 1932, I have been able to make that pattern and plan, follow those instructions of how to do it, and tell every major event that is happening in the world, ever since 1932.
Was Invasion Day prophesied?
I told the very hour and the very day of Invasion Day. I even threatened to destroy this work myself if Invasion Day did not come to pass. It shall never miss. WHY? Because I didnt say it! Truthfully, there is a GOD and HE, Himself, is the One that foretells what is in the future and in the past. It takes that to make Him GOD. Now, we stupid preachers dont understand .... because of our carnal concepts .... because we dont know the Mystery of GOD. Now let us refer to what the Bible says, not me.
Do all things follow a pattern?
This Chart (Dr. Kinley points to one of the 3-fold charts that illustrate his vision) is made according to a purpose and a plan. GODs pattern is there, you cannot move anything on it. It is made by a pattern ... GOD ordered the arrangement.
What are God's two witnesses?
Isaiah 8:20 says this: To the Law and to the Testimony (or to the Mosaic Law and the Prophets), if they speak not according to this Word, it is because there is no light in them.; or, its because we dont have the Holy Spirit to illuminate our understanding in the Mystery of GOD. Regardless of who he is, if he doesnt go to the Law and Prophets ...there is no light in them. This comes directly from GOD. That is what we must dogo to the Law and to the Testimony. WHY? Because the Law foreshadowed what was to be, and the Prophets prophesied what was to be with the Holy Ghost sent down from heaven.
... Israel was the chosen people of GOD. GOD chose them to give this divine revelation. Jesus said the Jews were: ...the light of the world .... (Matt. 5:14), meaning GOD had chosen them, His people, to reveal His esoteric and exotic secrets. Then they were to carry that light to the Gentiles, or to the world. It is often said to our congregations Ye are the light of the world..., but that is not it.
Can God tell the end from the beginning?
"Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me, Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure: (Isaiah 46:9-10)."
GOD is talking to Israel. What are ...the former things of old...? Now GOD revealed a vision to Moses up in Mt. Sinai, and Moses wrote in the Pentatuch what he saw in the vision. He begins with the beginning ... those were the ...former things of old...
Now GOD brought the Children of Israel out of Egypt according to the Promise that HE had made to Abraham. God told him to accumulate his seed down in Egypt and then He would bring them out of the House of Bondage, and bring them into Palestine or Canaans Land. Now it is about 712 years thereafter and HE is calling their attention to the ...former things of old...
Down in Egypt and up in Palestine they had many idol gods, but there werent any like the great GOD of this Universe. GOD declared the end from the beginning ...To understand the beginning, you look to where the end is going to be. If you really understand, then you will know what is supposed to happen. You must know something about the beginning before you can know anything about the end.
Does history repeat itself?
GOD conveyed His Purpose all the way down through the Dispensations and Ages. His purpose is a cycle. It repeats itself .... analogically and symbolically through those Dispensations and Ages, and it never fails .... it is infallible ... repetitious. For example, your body functions the same way all the time. Man is made in the likeness and image of GOD (Gen. 1:26-27), and your body, under normal conditions, functions the same way all the time. Just as your physical body functions, the GODhead functions, with just as much accuracy and infallibility at all times. It functions without obstruction or hindrance, and therefore, it brings things to pass that were shown in the beginning. If you know how to use the time ... know what the purpose is and what was in the beginning, then you can see what is in the end.
Why are atoms threefold?
Scientifically, it is said we are living in the Atomic Age. Now, if you ask a scientist why an atom is constructed of a proton, electron and a neutron, he couldnt tell you. The reason it is constructed in three parts is because of the GODhead (the Father, Word and the Holy Spirit) which is three-fold (1 John 5:7). GOD is manifesting Himself in nature and HE is even in the ultramicroscopic particles of matter. Romans 1:19-20 says that which is possible of GOD for us to know, is revealed or manifested in them. GOD has showed it unto His chosen people .... for the invisible things ... the heavenly or the spiritual things from the creation of the world are clearly seen.
Does God tell you in advance what is going to happen?
We must go back to the beginning, where GOD declared the end from the beginning. This was when He gave the Promise unto Abraham before He gave Israel the Law from Mt. Sinai, in the year 1491 B.C. Now four-hundred-thirty years from that time, GOD made the Promise to Abraham (Gal. 3:17). GOD tells you in advance what is going to happen, then HE fulfills that promise. How would you know what appeared, and what was to be at this particular time, if it wasnt already predicted? Would you know if "this" was the time that was spoken of some time ago, or not? So, GOD takes Israel, His typical people, to foreshadow what is to be in the future.
What are the 490 cycles?
(NOTE: See "490 Year Cycle or 70 Weeks of Years," p. 7, in the January/February 1993 "PLIM REPORT" for a complete explanation of the 490 year cycles; also see calculations below.) That cycle of four-hundred-ninety (490) years can be seen from the going forth of Egypt. The seventy (70) weeks prophetic time, is also applicable from the going forth of the Commandment of Artaxerxes, for the people to go back and to rebuild Jerusalem again unto The Messiah.

Peter walked up to Jesus and said: How long shall I forgive my brother? And HE said: Until the seventh time. Jesus said to him: I say unto seventy times seven... (Matt. 18:21-22), which would be four-hundred-ninety (490) years from the going forth of the Commandment of Artaxerxes. The time that HE would be offered up to make an end of sin (Dan. 9:24) ... you forgive him till then. Then, from the time HE is offered up, your brother will stop sinning against him. But until such time, you will continue to sin because I havent been offered up yet. HE was the sacrifice that was to take away sins (John 1:29).
Does the death of the lamb symbolize the Messiah's crucifixion?
& I am going to try to get a thought over to you. From the offering up of this Paschal Lamb to the Dedication of Solomons Temple is a cycle of four-hundred-ninety (490) years. (See calculations on this page.) The Paschal Lamb was sacrificed down in Egypt, and the blood of that Lamb was put on each side of the door and over the lintel of the door. When the destroying angel went through that night and saw that blood, HE passed over them (Exo. 12:22-23). All that happened in Egypt pointed to this event that was to come to pass: that Christ our Passover would be sacrificed for us (I Cor. 5:7).
The blood on each side of the door would be the nails in each hand. The crown of thorns on His head would be the blood over the lintel of the door and the basin would be the blood from His feet.
When HE was crucified, it had to turn dark from the sixth to the ninth hour (Matt. 27:45; Amos 8:9). It was dark in Egypt (Exo. 10:21) .... it had to be dark at the crucifixion. That is looking back 1,491 years and telling what is going to happen. The Paschal Lamb had to be offered up before they came out of Egypt ... this is the beginning of this migration. Christ was ...the Lamb slain before the foundation of the world, that means before the beginning of the creation. HE has to be slain before there can be a birth of the Universe. GOD is ...declaring the end from the beginning...
Was the earth submerged in water in the beginning as John was on an island in the end?
Now, the earth was surrounded by water in the beginning, and in the end ... from the beginning ... John was on the Isle of Patmos which was surrounded by water. And on the seventh day... See, Exodus 24:9-10. Moses went up into Mt. Sinai and saw in a vision the GOD of Israel and described Him. Since GOD ...declared the end from the beginning..., the earth was surrounded by water in the beginning, then there was no other place for John to be at the end, but on the Isle of Patmos, which was surrounded by water. John ...heard a voice as many waters... Moses , looked from alpha to omega. John hearing that voice turned around to look behind him (Rev. 1:12). He would be looking back to alpha from omega, and he was on the Isle of Patmos. He was ...in the spirit on the Lords Day... (Rev. 1:10).' That was the declaration of the end from the beginning. GOD said I am the beginning and the end, and there is no other god. HE said: Remember the former things of old, for I am God ... and beside me there is no other. From ancient times there are things not yet done. HE is talking to Israel saying Now just like I declared it, that is the way it will stand, and I will do it to suit Myself. GOD had promised Canaans Land to the seed of Abraham, and the Children of Faith was accounted for the seed. It was four-hundred-ninety (490) years from the birth of Abraham to the Law (See calculations on p. 9). From the going forth of the Commandment to Restore and Rebuild Jerusalem again unto the Messiah was four-hundred-ninety (490) years. It ended on the Day of Pentecost to seal up the vision and prophecy. The cycle of four-hundred-ninety (490) years times 4 = 1,960.
Did three children see Virgin Mary?
In the city of Fatima, they said three children were playing and the Virgin Mary appeared to them. She gave them a sealed message in 1916, that wasnt supposed to be opened until 1960. And the stage has been set for the opening of that message and getting the people to accept that the Virgin Mary gave a message to the world, to encourage people to come to the Roman Catholic Church, as being the first church.
Can we trace Satan through the ages?
The satanic spirit has to come all the way through the Dispensations and Ages. You have both the Mystery of God and the Mystery of Iniquity ... and the Scriptures cannot be broken. Revelation 13:18 states: Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is six - hundred - three - score - and - six.
So as GOD manifests Himself down through the Dispensations and Ages, the Devil does also ... from the Garden of Eden on down [Note: see the Ages cart on p. 37].
[From this point on in his lecture. Dr. Kinley shows how evil was prophesied and marked in the beginning so we could identify it in the end.]
If Yahweh marked a man in the beginning, will He mark a man in the end?
Adam was taken from the dust of the earth (Gen. 2:7). He was the first created earthly son. When Eve partook of the fruit of the tree and gave it to Adam, he did eat and fell. Then Adam had a first son, Cain who slew Abel. GOD put a mark on him (Gen. 4:15). God showed you that mark coming all the way down, just like Christ came down sixty-three generations from Adam and forty-two generations from Abraham. If the mark was in the beginning, it has to come over in the end. That man is the Son of Perdition that exalts himself above all (Thessalonians 2:1-4)! There has to be an exposure in 1960.
Jesus said: Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God (Deut. 8:3). Satan serves the purpose of GOD for which he is supposed to serve ... GOD hardened Pharaohs heart. Pharaoh was in darkness down in Egypt. He is a figure of the satanic spirit.
Is Mary a mediator between God and man?
The Virgin Mary is not a mediator or go-between GOD and man ...The Messiah is the mediator that goes-between GOD and man (I Tim. 2:5). & I Corinthians 10:11: Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon who the ends of the world are come.
Can a man replace God on earth?
There is only one man in the world who calls himself the VICAR, that is the Pope of Rome. [NOTE: Vicar means standing in the place of.] The word church means congregation or assembly. They [Roman Catholics] say they are the first church. The first church or congregation that the world knew anything about was Israel who came out of Egypt and gathered around Mt. Sinai (Exo. 19:9-11). Moses gave them three days to clean up and there were over 600,000; not counting the women and children that gathered around Mt. Sinai. That was the first church or assembly and GOD Almighty Himself spoke from Mt. Sinai.
Is the Pope's title marked?
The Pope of Rome wears a beehive crown on Coronation Day, and on that crown is VICARIUS FILII DEI. (See chart, p. 35) The High Priest under the Dispensation of the Law wore the golden mitre with the words on it HOLINESS UNTO THE LORD. So you see both wearing the crown with the words set in rubies and diamonds. VICARIUS FILII DEI is Latin. Translated it means "VICAR, THE SON OF GOD." He is the only man in the world that claims to be the head of the church, and takes the place of the Holy Ghost.
Is God's church physical or spiritual?
The church is a spiritual body (I Cor. 1:27-29). We are not in the flesh. We are in the Spirit now. The first Adam was made earthly from the earth; the second Adam was made a quickening spirit from The Lord from heaven (I Cor. 15:44-45). Colossians 1st Chapter says that GOD raised Christ from the dead and set unto Him all principalities and powers, of things in heaven and earth. Christ is ... or The Messiah is the head.
Why do men carry the Pope around?
The Pope exalts himself above all that is called GOD, by saying that he is the VICAR, Son of GOD (Revelation 13:18). This is the head of the whole satanic body! The reason they carry the pope around with staves on their shoulders is because the Children of Israel had to put staves through the Ark of the Covenant, which was symbolical of the Throne of GOD, when the Levites carried it (Exo. 25:10-14; Deut. 10:8; 31:9). They have the Pope sitting up there instead of GOD, carrying him around.
Did the Devil change the times?
Daniel 7:25 states: And he shall speak great words against The Most High, and shall wear out the saints of The Most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times, and the dividing of time.
Saturday was the original Sabbath Day and they changed it to Sunday, in honor of the Resurrection of Christ. In reality, you cant change it!
Recently, Pope Pius XII died. They claim in the dictionary that he was the 262nd pope to reign. In the newspaper they said John XXIII is the 262nd, coming down from Peter who they say was the first pope. They elected Linus in 67 A.D., to take Peters place. He was the next pope after Peter died, or was put to death in 67 A.D according to tradition. Then they went on down and elected another to take Linus place when Linus died. They had three different popes between Linus and Peter; that was when John was on the Isle of Patmos. How can anybody with authority elect Linus, to be the second pope? Can you tell me how Linus was chosen over James and John, when they were up in the Transfiguration with Peter? (See "Did You Know," "What happened to the Messiah's Disciples/Apostles," p. 11 of this issue.) John was living in A.D. 96, and he had to be on the Isle of Patmos in A.D. 96 ... and one of them was up there and saw Christ in the Transfiguration and the Book of Revelation hadnt been written yet. James and John, who were the closest to Christ while in the flesh, should have been next in line to be pope instead of Linus.
Dont look for Christ to be revealed until this pope and catholic doctrine are exposed in 1960. And they are supposed to convert the materialistic-minded Russians ... and SOMEBODY IS GOING TO GET HURT! They are going to deliver this message from the Virgin Mary ... the like figure ... Pharaoh is going to keep Israel down in Egypt anyhow, but Pharaoh was overthrown.
